For some reason Amazon.com lists me (the author, Chris Strodder) as having written the Foreword to this book. I didn't write the Foreword. Angie Dickinson, the famous actress, wrote the Foreword. I wrote the book. For a long time I've tried to correct this through Amazon.com, but for some reason they're unable to fix it, so I'm just adding this note as clarification.
